Shipping Policy – One Arrival

Hey lovely, thanks so much for shopping with us! We’re so excited to send a little piece of One Arrival your way. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our goodies:

Shipping Rates

  • We offer flat rate shipping of $6 (Standard) or $9 (Express) on all (US) orders under $100.

  • Spend $100 USD or more and your shipping is on us — totally free!

  • Canada rates: Customer is responsible for taxes & duties.

Processing Time

  • We ship orders out within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • This does not include weekends, holidays, or the day your order was placed.

We know you’re excited to get your order — we promise we’re just as excited to pack it up with love!

Tracking Info

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or text with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • Please allow a little time for the tracking link to update once it's on the way!

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier (like USPS, UPS, etc.). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they’ve been marked as delivered.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number if something goes missing — they’re usually pretty good at tracking things down!

A Few Extras

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can’t make changes once an order is placed.

  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

  • We currently only ship within the United States & Canada. (More international shipping coming soon — maybe!)
